Not happy? Just send it back for a hassle-free money-back return.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags still attached.

How to start a return

Get in touch through our contact page (https://seastore73.com/pages/contact) or email us at jamsey2013@gmail.com. Tell us your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method. We'll email you to let you know when it's done. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show the money.

Items we may not be able to refund

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged, or that were sold as final sale, may not be refundable.

Faulty or wrong item?

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, get in touch and we'll sort it.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
