These terms apply when you use seastore73.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Seastore73 is the online shop for Glitch TV streetwear. We're a small brand operated in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at jamsey2013@gmail.com or through our contact page (https://seastore73.com/pages/contact).

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm we've accepted it by email. We may cancel an order (and give you a full refund) if an item is out of stock or there's a mistake with its price or description.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order. If we spot a pricing error, we'll let you know and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Age

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use our site for anything unlawful. Don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs, images or other content without our permission. Don't try to hack, disrupt or misuse the site.

6. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under UK law, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
